Our client is a major law firm with an enviable reputation in the field of property disputes work. They are looking for a talented property litigation associate to join their well established and growing team based in Birmingham.

Home to a team of dedicated real estate litigation experts and with true national reach, the team works in conjunction with a market leading commercial real estate practice.

In this interesting role, you'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and large scale owner-occupiers. Whilst a minimum of 1 years' experience would be ideal, there is some flexibility and the firm is interested to speak to more experienced lawyers at senior associate level or equivalent. In addition you will have relevant background in property litigation gained with another recognised regional or national firm.
