The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer with 5 years+ PQE to join their growing Birmingham practice. You are likely to be a senior or principal associate (or equivalent) with strong technical and client management skills.
With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including some or all of drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, redundancy, discrimination and grievance claims, whistleblowing and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team led by a very likeable partner. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships, local authorities and other larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests on varied and challenging employment law issues.
