Commercial Solicitor 2 years+ PQE Leicester

New opening for a talented commercial solicitor to join this well established and growing national firm based in Leicester.

Our client is a well-known and successful commercial firm which has posted impressive results and continues to invest in its flagship Leicester office.

The firm is looking for a commercial solicitor with ideally ca 2 years PQE and experience of drafting and advising on commercial contracts. These may be general commercial agreements and contracts or you may also have experience of IT/IP related work including outsourcing agreements, software agreements and/or e-commerce work.

The team, which is led by two exceptional partners advises a range of established clients including SMEs, OMBs, B2B and listed companies with local, national and international interests. The quality of the work is excellent and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to commercial work in the market.

Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading commercial practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. You will ideally have ca 2 years pqe although applications are welcomed from individuals with more or less experience than this provided they can demonstrate strong technical exposure.
