Our client is a respected Warwickshire practice with an excellent reputation for residential conveyancing work.
The firm now seeks to appoint an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer with a minimum of 5 years pqe to play a lead role in the department. With strong experience of handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties, you'll also be a confident developer of relationships with local brokers, estate agents and other intermediaries. Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors at Senior Associate level (or equivalent) with the requisite conveyancing experience.
