Construction Associate Nottingham

Our client is a respected multi-office regional firm with a growing Nottingham office backed by supportive, team orientated partners.

The firm seeks to appoint a construction lawyer to join their Nottingham office. Applications are invited from lawyers who have at least 1-2 years PQE, and have experience of contentious construction or a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.

You'll be familiar with standard form construction contracts such as JCT, NEC, PPC, have some experience of working with stakeholders on construction and engineering projects and have had involvement with various forms of dispute resolution such as litigation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination and mediation.
