Major national law firm seeks to appoint an experienced partner to their market leading restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency team.
Our client is a market leading (and very well-liked) UK law firm home to an exceptional finance and restructuring practice and a collegiate, well managed and values driven culture.
The firm now seeks to appoint an ambitious Insolvency and Restructuring partner join their successful Birmingham team. As a specialist in corporate recovery, insolvency and business recovery, you'll have a strong track record in areas relating to non-contentious corporate recovery, corporate insolvency, distressed lending, restructuring, company liquidation and administration as well as property related issues.
Supporting company directors, business owners and equity holders and companies dealing with financial issues, you'll work with insolvency practitioners, asset based lenders, banks and administrators to provide bespoke, commercial solutions including advising on the acquisition or disposal of distressed companies and other corporate transactions and encompassing all manner of non-contentious insolvency related matters. The team is also able to provide expert contentious advice, working on complex insolvency related litigation matters.
You will have gained experience working in a lead role in another recognised restructuring and insolvency practice and you may already be based in the Midlands or seeking a move to the region from London or another regional centre.
