Well established Birmingham firm seeks solicitor to join their highly rated PI and Clinical Negligence team.
Our client is a highly respected firm characterised by a strong team ethic and a values led culture based on helping to transform the lives of their clients.
The firm is now looking for a solicitor with 2 years+ PQE in claimant PI and clinical negligence work. You will handle a busy caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence claims on behalf of injured Claimants. Experience in claims against public authorities (including cases arising from abuse) and community care would be an advantage. The role will also include working alongside senior colleagues on larger and more complex cases, as well as business development responsibilities and a degree of supervision of others.
The L500 rated team has recently secured multi-million pound settlements in birth injury claims, representing clients at inquests followed by successful claims on behalf of the estate and dependants and representing brain injured children in pedestrian road traffic claims.
The firm is looking for a solicitor who has an established practice in both Claimant personal injury and clinical negligence. Alternatively, a candidate who has excellent experience in one of the practice areas and can demonstrate an ability to learn quickly in order to conduct both personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
