Corporate Tax Legal Director - Birmingham

High performing national law firm with thriving Tax team seeks an additional senior lawyer to join the ranks in Birmingham.

An opportunity now exists for a talented senior Corporate Tax lawyer to join the firm's successful Birmingham based tax team as a Legal Director. Working on a range of matters including corporate tax issues arising out of private equity and other large scale corporate transactional work, VCT/EIS tax issues, property tax and employee incentives and share schemes work, this is a challenging role offering stimulating and complex work.

You will either be an experienced Senior or Principal Associate (or equivalent) with at least 7 years PQE gained in another leading regional, national or international law firm, or you will be a Legal Director with a proven track record in corporate tax, property tax, or share schemes.
