Excellent new opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer to lead a successful residential property team of 8 people, based in Nottingham.

Our client is a prominent multi-site East Midlands law firm with an excellent reputation for residential conveyancing work across the region.

The firm now seeks to appoint an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer with a minimum of 3 years pqe to play a key role in the department. With strong experience of handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties as well as new build and/or Right to Buy conveyancing, you'll also be a confident developer of relationships with local brokers, estate agents and other intermediaries. Previous experience of leading others and/or managing a team of conveyancers would be advantageous. Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or legal executives / licensed conveyancers with the requisite conveyancing experience.
