Our client has an excellent reputation for all facets of private client services work and is now keen to invest in its private client litigation offering with the appointment of a partner.

There is a superb platform at this firm to drive growth within the team, working across the East Anglian region and London to deliver high quality services to established clients. Strong client development, networking and relationship management skills are essential, as is proven experience of advising on a broad range of relevant technical matters, including all types of inheritance disputes including applications contesting the validity of wills, applications to remove Executors, claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and the rectification of Wills and breach of trust claims as well as contentious Court of Protection applications.
