Property Litigation Solicitor 1 year+ PQE Birmingham

Our client, an award winning national law firm seeks to appoint a property litigation lawyer with at least 1 year+ PQE to join their growing team based in Birmingham.

Joining this friendly, partner led team you'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers.

Whilst a minimum of 1 years' experience would be ideal, there is some flexibility and the firm is interested to speak to more experienced lawyers at senior associate level or equivalent. In addition you will have relevant background in property litigation gained with another recognised regional or national firm.
