Award winning UK law firm seeks an ambitious employment lawyer to join their successful team based in Birmingham.
Our client is a market leading firm, renowned for their high calibre lawyers and the high quality employment and HR work they undertake for a roster of high profile respondent clients.
The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer to join their growing Birmingham practice. You'll have at least 3-4 years PQE gained with another recognised commercial firm.
With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team led by a very likeable partner. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests and the NHS on varied and challenging employment law issues. Experience of working in the healthcare sector, including for the NHS or an interest in doing so would be beneficial.
