Our client, a Top 40 law firm with a base in Exeter, are looking for an ambitious lawyer to specialise in residential property in their highly ranked Private Wealth team.
This is a new and exciting opportunity for a passionate lawyer to become part of an exceptional team.
You will enjoy a varied diet of high quality work assisting with a caseload of residential property matters for private clients including but not limited to:- residential sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered properties, mortgages and equity release, buy-to-let properties, help to buy, lettings, planning, new plot purchases and SDLT.
The successful candidate must possess the experience and ability to independently manage a mixed caseload from initial instruction to post completion. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of residential conveyancing experience. However, other levels will be considered.
A passion and commitment to delivering a first class service to clients is essential. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
