The team is looking to recruit for a benefits associate/senior associate with a strong academic and professional pedigree and at least 4 yrs experience of handling employee incentives, share plans and tax matters.
The successful candidate can expect to advise on, amongst other things, incentives aspects of corporate transactions including structuring earn-outs and tax planning as well as the design of management incentive arrangements including EMI plans, growth shares, JSOPs and other incentive arrangements.
