This major international firm is looking to recruit a talented corporate associate with a very minimum of 4 years' pqe and a strong background in private and public M&A.
The firm is looking for a team player with the ability to lead on transactions and the right blend of technical excellence, sound commercial judgement, first class client/interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm and aptitude for client development.
The successful candidate with be someone with a strong academic and professional pedigree and the hallmarks of a future partner.
