Corporate/M&A Associate - 4 years + *West End*

This leading West End firm is looking to recruit a corporate associate with at least 4 years broad transaction experience covering private M&A, JVs and reorganisations as well as experience working with start-ups.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded and well-established West End firm working with a loyal client base made up of a mix of corporates, SMEs and wealthy entrepreneurs across a variety of sectors ranging from media, technology, telecoms and pharmaceuticals to retail and leisure.

The successful candidate will be a rounded corporate associate with the right blend of technical know-how, commercial acumen and strong BD and client skills either currently working in the City and looking for more of a work/life balance or a lawyer from a strong regional or West End firm looking for a step up.
