Property Paralegal - Manchester

Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Property Paralegal for our client, an award winning National law firm, to be based in Manchester.

The role will involve assisting on a residential conveyancing caseload. You will advise on the sale of new build properties, shared ownership schemes, Deeds of Variations, right to buy and right to acquire sales and advising on leasehold management matters.

We are looking for a candidate with residential property experience and an excellent academic background. Any development experience would be desirable.
