Defendant Complex EL/PL Solicitor - London

We are recruiting for a Defendant Complex EL/PL Solicitor for a leading Top Tier Defendant Law Firm based in central London.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Solicitor of 5+ years PQE to join one of the strongest teams in the country. The work will consist of complex EL/PL matters from multi track to catastrophic values. Day to day you will be drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conducting face to face negotiations and the mediation of claims as well as preparing counter schedules of damages in high value matters. The work carried out by this team is extremely high value and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a Partner who is widely considered to be a leader in this field.

You will ideally have at least a couple of years strong, relevant defendant PI experience, but your drive and passion to develop your career in this area is the key thing. You should have an excellent academic record with a 2.1 or higher at degree level and a commendation or distinction on the LPC.
