Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Commercial Lawyer for a specialist Financial Services Regulatory opportunity to be based in Manchester.

Our client is a leading National Commercial Law Firm who are currently undergoing growth and expansion. Their Financial Services Regulatory team are an ambitious, well supported Partner led national team who deal with predominantly Financial Services Regulatory work and also transactional asset finance

The work is extremely varied and interesting and includes consumer finance, small and medium sized asset finance and mortgage regulation. Clients include major finance companies, high street banks, insurers, brokers, retail businesses and leasing companies. The department deal with a full range of matters for clients such as advertising and media, motor finance, buying and selling debt and electronic signatures.

The Financial Services Regulatory team are now looking for a Junior Solicitor as an addition to the team. Whilst Financial Services experience would be desirable this is not essential, as enthusiastic Commercial Lawyers who are keen to specialise in this area will also be considered. Any exposure to FCA, consumer credit, lending or insurance sector experience would be beneficial.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to good quality work. There will be plenty of client contact from the beginning and scope for quick progression in this team.
