The firm is keen to appoint a talented Employment Solicitor, either an NQ (with at least one employment law seat) or a qualified employment solicitor up to Senior Associate. There is complete flexibility around home / remote working, you'll handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing and Tribunal work.
This is an excellent role in a friendly and supportive partner led employment team. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests on varied and challenging employment law issues.
