An excellent opening for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a leading provider of legal services to the health, social care, housing and emergency services sectors, as well as in the field of professional discipline.The successful candidate will be part of a growing team winning an increasing amount of health work and as such the role offers great prospects for someone with experience or an interest in the healthcare sector.
The work in the corporate and commercial team is often high profile and covers a range of areas including, procurement, innovation and medical technology including managed services contracts, drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts. This included advising on contractual and performance management, commercialisation, income generation and intellectual property rights, IT contracts for hardware, software and systems, collaboration and joint ventures, NHS and local authority partnership agreements and Integrated Care Systems, financing health start-ups, statutory mergers and acquisitions and a wide variety of projects work including PFI and LIFT.
You will be working closely with the lead partner and the role will enable you to develop client relationships and get involved in business development whilst carrying out exceptional quality work. The role is likely to involve some travel and this should be something you are comfortable with.
