Residential Property Assistant - Sheffield or Leeds
Our client is a well established full-service regional Legal 500 firm. They are currently looking to expand their Property team focussing on transactional conveyancing work.
The role will see you assisting on sale & purchase residential conveyancing work. You will be joining an award winning department and the role can be based in Leeds or Sheffield. The firm has heavily invested in its IT systems which greatly assists in the smooth running of all their conveyancing work. Their is a good team structure providing supervision and training to help you develop.
Key duties include liaising effectively and appropriately with the client and introducer, applying for searches as well as dealing with routine correspondence and communications on each file. There will also be the opportunity to support with preparation of contracts and other documents.
Ideally you will need to have at least 2 years experience working as an assistant on conveyancing work.
