We are working with this leading South Wales multi office practice who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their Pontypridd based office.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity

The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive, with proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner. You will possess strong conveyancing experience and be confident in independently managing your own caseload.

On offer is a good market rate package (DOE) and the chance to work for a collegiate and well-regarded South Wales team.
