Our client , a Top 100 firm are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client lawyer at ideally, the 4+ PQE level to join their tier 1 ranked team to handle a broad range of private wealth disputes including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and Court of Protection disputes.

You can expect to work on behalf of institutional clients including a number of large high street banks and building societies in addition to individuals, professional executors, trust corporations and charities.

Due to growth, this role can be at either Associate or, Senior Associate level. The successful candidate will be expected to assist with supervising junior team members and will play an active role in business development and marketing.
