Chadwick Nott have been instructed on a new opportunity for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a leading regional firm in South Wales.

Our client is seeking a 5 + PQE Solicitor with a solid background in all aspects of property litigation matters. You can expect to work for a broad and varied nationwide client base on matters including, but not limited to boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, easements, covenants, wayleaves, public and private rights of way, party wall act and telecom issues.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and technically proficient with a sound knowledge of handling property litigation cases varying in complexity.
