Our client is a well-established and leading practice with a strong reputation and presence in Swansea.

Due to ongoing growth, they have a new Commercial Property vacancy for a 0-5 PQE Lawyer who is interested in joining their expanding team.

You can expect to advise a broad range of clients on commercial property matters ranging from the sales and acquisition, Landlord and Tenant matters, secured lending, commercial development, pension related transactions and leases and related transactions such as granting new leases, assignments and renewals.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills as part of a close knit, friendly team which will provide you with an excellent quality of work.
