We are instructed on an exceptional new opportunity for an ambitious and driven corporate solicitor of 2-6 PQE to join this Top 100 firm, in their top tier corporate team. Working on a range of corporate work for an enviable client base, the successful corporate solicitor will be joining a leading firm.

You can expect to work with companies from entrepreneurial start-ups to international organisations, advising on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings.

The ideal candidate will have trained with a similar sized regional or City law firm and with a sound understanding of mergers, acquisitions, venture capital and private equity.

A good eye for detail and ability to effectively work under pressure with a passion for corporate law is essential.
