Chadwick Nott have just received instruction from an award-winning law firm in Bristol, with a strong national presence. This highly reputable firm are looking for a Solicitor, ideally with a property litigation background, to join their busy and growing team in either their Cardiff or Bristol offices.

On offer with this opportunity is a competitive salary, along with benefits, and a complex and varied caseload of property litigation work on both fast and multi tracks. Matters will include trespass, breach of covenant, nuisance, property damage and subsidence claims.

Property litigation experience is desirable, but not essential. Candidates with experience and strong knowledge of civil or commercial litigation procedures will also be considered.

You should have excellent IT and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
