Our client is a leading regional firm with offices across Devon and Cornwall, and this is a new position to be based in their Exeter office. You will be joining a well-established and highly regarded Real Estate team.
Specifically, this role will sit within their Social Housing and Development team, dealing mostly with development work on behalf of major social housing clients on local and national work, so the work exposure on offer is of high quality and is second to none.
As an integral part of this highly ranked team, you can expect to work on a varied and wide spectrum of work from, setting up and managing plot sales for shared ownership leases and open market sales, negotiating and advising on sewer and road adoption agreements, assisting with site acquisitions for housing development and assisting with all aspects of property sales and purchases including easements and leasehold work.
You will ideally have at least two years' post qualified experience in real estate but equally, due to growth the firm are open to seeing applications from NQs with a passion for a career in Social Housing and Development.
You should have excellent IT and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
