Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Excellent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join this well-established law firm in Wiltshire.

You will be joining a small but well serviced law firm. If you are looking to work closer to home and avoid the commute into a larger city, then this might be just the role for you.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to independently handle a busy caseload of a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new builds, first registrations and transfers of equity. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Market rate salary is on offer dependant on experience together with flexible and hybrid working.
