Salary £50k - £65k

Our client is a leading Top 100 firm who are looking to recruit a Planning Solicitor with around 1 or more years' experience in this area to join this Chambers acclaimed team. With multiple offices, the successful candidate can be based either in Bristol, Plymouth or Exeter. Flexible and hybrid working is on offer.

The successful candidate must possess the experience and ability to manage a mixed caseload of a variety of planning matters to include but not limited to, planning obligations, highways and infrastructure, community infrastructure levy, to contentious planning matters such as enforcement, compulsory purchase, judicial reviews, statutory challenges and appeals.

Your portfolio of clients will include local authorities, housebuilders and landowners and you'll enjoy building and strengthening relationships with key decision maker client contacts at these organisations.

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
