Our client is a well-established local multi office practice with a strong reputation and presence in the Devon market.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to bolster their highly regarded and successful property team in their Totnes office.

The vacancy is an interesting and varied role acting for a variety of clients. The successful candidate must possess the experience and ability to manage an existing caseload with the ambition and desire to build their own clients over time.

As a key member of the commercial property team you will be working on a wide range of commercial property transactions including leases, secured lending, land acquisition, landlord and tenant and buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses.

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
