Our client is a well-established local practice with a strong reputation and presence in the Exeter market.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE to bolster their highly regarded and successful property team in their Exeter office.

You will be advising a varied client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions including leases, secured lending, land acquisition, landlord and tenant and buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses.

The successful candidate must possess the experience and ability to manage an existing caseload with the ambition and desire to build their own clients over time.

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
