An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a well-regarded boutique commercial firm in Manchester. Salary dependant on experience upwards of £50k.

Our client is well-established business law firm with market leading strength in offering commercial advice to businesses and business owners including: Entrepreneurs; Private Companies and their Management Teams; Emerging High Growth Companies; Private Equity Portfolio Companies; VC Backed Companies; Debt and Equity Providers; and Insolvency Practitioners.

Due to expansion their Corporate team is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer.

You will have a solid Corporate background, ideally 5+PQE, with your training and experience gained at a firm well-regarded for Corporate transactions. The bulk of the work within the team is M&A, MBO and MBI work, so experience of the same will be beneficial. You will be someone comfortable working under your own supervision, as the aim of this role is to sit between the Partners and the junior members of the team, lightening the load of the partners and supervising/ managing the juniors as required. The team have a strong collegiate culture and are looking for someone with the same shared values.
