Chadwick Nott are now recruiting for an opportunity which has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Lancashire office of a well-established and...
Commercial Property Solicitor required for new role with leading northwest law firm. To be based in their Lancashire office.
Our client is one of the largest regional law firms, with a network of nine offices across the north of the country. They offer a full range of legal services to their personal and commercial clients, and are regarded as an employer of choice holding the Investors in People award.
Due to expansion they are looking to appoint two Property Solicitors to the team in their Preston office.
Social Housing comprises a significant element of their business, and ideally they would like to speak to people with experience in advising Registered Providers and Local Authorities in matters relating to social housing. However they would also be interested in hearing from individuals who perhaps have a wider Commercial Property background, with experience of development work and in advising developers.
You will ideally have a minimum of 2PQE in Commercial Property gained with a firm well regarded for this work. Experience of the local market will be an advantage, although not essential. They are also looking to appoint a more senior lawyer to the team, with a minimum of 5PQE and it's envisaged you will need to have some significant Social Housing-related experience in addition to a proven network of contacts in this area.
This is a great chance to join an expanding and developing law firm, who enjoy an enviable reputation in both the local market and in a broader sense for their work in the Social Housing sector. They can offer you an excellent platform for your further career and personal development. Salary dependant on experience upwards of £35k.
