A junior banking and finance solicitor is now wanted for one-off opportunity in the top ranked banking and finance team in Guernsey, and they advise a multi-jurisdictional client base. Our client is one of the leading offshore law firms with an international span and holds a wide network of clients, managing large and high-profile transactions.

Supporting the partners and wider team, the work will include advising on large-scale and big ticket investments on the financing of acquisitions, buyouts, and lenders. The successful solicitor will be newly qualified and have trained and qualified in a City or top national or regional private practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level banking and finance solicitor to take their career in a different direction offshore. There is a very competitive salary and benefits package available for this role!
