Our client is a first-class commercial law firm based in the heart of London. With a vast client base and global span, this firm is very well-known across the country. Its corporate group is excellent and is now looking for a mid to senior-level associate to join the ranks covering a varied caseload.

Working alongside partners and other team members, the work will have a heavy tech focus, offering someone the opportunity to take their corporate career in a different direction. Covering complex corporate transactions and working with IP, tech and life sciences clients, this role is really going to provide an open door to other opportunities.

Applications are invited from associates with at least 3.5 years PQE, who have a solid academic profile and extensive experience from having worked at another top corporate practice.
