Our client is a leading international and global law firm, based in the heart of London, with a huge network of clients. The firm is well-known for its corporate and commercial practices, particularly corporate tax, capital markets, structured products, M&A, funds and financial services. The derivatives team is now looking for a junior solicitor to manage high-value derivatives and trading transactions.

The successful candidate will be joining a robust team which houses some superb lawyers and partners. They manage a wide range of high net worth individuals, corporates and large trading houses (on prime brokerages and derivatives, as well as regulation in Europe). It is essential that applicants are able to give advice on sophisticated and complex transactions including, investment bank trading, OTC derivatives and ETD's, custody agreements and collateral arrangements.

Applications are invited from strong derivatives lawyers who have trained and qualified with another top international or leading US law firm, and have recently qualified. This role is also open to those who are more experienced.
