We are assisting this Top 200 firm with their recruitment for a commercial solicitor to join their reputable commercial team. This commercial solicitor will have atleast a training seat in commercial or have had up to 5 years' commercial experience with a reputable firm.

Working with a variety of commercial clients to include SMEs through to high street names and financial institutions, you will be advising on business issues such as commercial contracts (supply of goods/services, IT agreements, data protection), corporate governance and regulation, company secretarial services, banking and finance as well as corporate transactions.
