As the successful corporate solicitor in this national corporate team, you will have atleast 5 years' PQE with a reputable corporate team.

Working on advisory and transactional corporate matters, you will be working for a mixed client base of public and private bodies. Your caseload will include; corporate M&A transactions, MBO's, financing and refinancing and day to day corporate law advice. As a senior member of the team, you will be assisting with supervising junior members of the team and get involved in business development.

This role is to be based in the Bristol office, however this firm operate a hybrid working policy.
