We are working on a great role for a Commercial solicitor at senior associate level, to join a highly ranked commercial team to work on an excellent quality of commercial work with a focus on healthcare sector clients.

This firm really are market leaders for healthcare work nationally. This commercial team advise on a range of matters to include legislative and regulatory frameworks, joint ventures, collaborations, partnerships, outsourcing, shared services, local government matters as well as business to business contracts in the health and social care market.

This commercial solicitor will have atleast 5 years PQE. You will be working closely alongside the partner and supervising more junior lawyers. As a more senior member of the team, you will be involved in business development. Helathcare sector experience would be ideal, but not essential.
