We are working with a leading Dorset firm in their recruitment for a solicitor to join their company commercial team to work on a wide range of corporate and commercial work for a wide range of clients. This company commercial solicitor will have atleast 4 years' PQE.

Working for a client base of SME's, OMB's, regional and national clients, this company commercial solicitor will be advising on a range of work that may include company sales & purchases, contract drafting & negotiating, private equity and other corporate finance.
