This property litigation team are hiring a solicitor with property litigation experience to work on high value and complex property litigation work.Working for a top class client base, you'll be advising on restrictive covenants, trespass, landlord and tenant, lease renewals, rent and service charge recovery, insolvency issues and easements.You must be a qualified solicitor and have experience in property litigation, if this is as part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply. You will be keen to assist with business development, have good communication skills and show a commercial mindset.
