We are happy to be assisting this established Bristol firm in their recruitment of a family law solicitor to have a focus purely on TOLATA matters.

As the successful solicitor, you will be managing a caseload of family law and litigation matters under the Trusts of Land Act 1996 and financial claims under the Children Act 1989. You will be getting involved in business development and building the team.

You must have around 4 years PQE experience in either family or litigation and able to demonstrate experience in TOLATA claims. Perhaps you are looking to specialise into TOLATA claims? This would be the perfect move for you.
