Litigation Solicitor - Financial Disputes

We are assisting our client, a top 100 law firm, with their recruitment for a litigation solicitor to work in their financial disputes team.

This litigation solicitor will be joining the firm's dedicated Banking & Finance Litigation Team, who act exclusively for an impressive array of major UK and international banks and mortgage lenders. The team undertakes a broad range of banking and financial litigation.

But what does this all mean for you? Well, strategic growth in this team has created the opportunity for you to play your own part in the firm's success story. You should have trained with a large regional or London firm and should ideally you will already have had experience of acting for financial institutions in contentious matters. However, this firm recognises talent and potential and will consider candidates with strong commercial litigation experience and a genuine commitment to a career in financial litigation.
