Construction (Contentious) Associate

This is an exciting role and opportunity and just as importantly a very sought-after and desirable location in which to live and work!

Our client is a leading SW firm as well as being a Top 100 practice in the UK, with a number of offices but still headquartered in Bath so this is a role to work within their very successful Construction team right at the heart of the firm. It is a key appointment as they realise top quality candidates in this area are hard to find at the moment and they are keen to make sure they get the right person, with the right attitude, team approach, commitment and ambition.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the lead Partner to help to develop this specialist, niche area of work for the firm. You will advise a wide variety of commercial construction sector clients on a broad range of disputes including adjudications, referrals and cases in the Technology and Construction court. Any experience in infrastructure or energy sector work would be an advantage. This is a chance to become a true expert in your chosen area, all working within a very well structured and encouraging team environment.

You may come from a construction background or even a commercial litigation lawyer who is keen to specialise in this area of work.
