Location: Bath

This outstanding firm with a number of UK offices is looking to expand. Although they have an established Corporate team they are looking to expand by hiring a partner into the Commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Partner to join the team and unlock pre-existing contacts from within the team.

As a whole the team advise on a wide range of Commercial matters including Commercial Contracts, shareholder agreements, IP, IT and more.

The ideal partner will have exceptional technical legal skills within Commercial matters and a history of managing a Commercial case load independently. Due to the vision of growing the Commercial offering, the ideal candidate will have strong business development skills. A following is desirable.

This role would be suitable for a Commercial Solicitor who perhaps is looking to grow their own team, perhaps they have limited progression options or are looking to relocate to the Bath area.
