Excellent opportunity for a Company Secretarial Manager to join a well-established law firm.Our client is an award-winning law firm with offices spread across the UK. They are currently looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to join them in either Bristol, Southampton, Exeter, Plymouth or Truro on either a full-time or part-time basis.
The role will involve managing your own portfolio of company secretarial work. Duties will include: attending and minuting board meetings, drafting shareholder resolutions, acting as the first point of contact for clients with company secretarial requests, completing Company House filings, etc. You will also have responsibility for managing a small team. This is a newly created position and there is real scope to develop and define the firm's Company Secretarial offering.
To be considered, you must have experience of working within a fast-paced environment dealing with Company Secretarial matters. The firm will consider someone currently working as an Assistant to a Company Secretary who feels ready to take the next step. Ideally, you will also have attained full or part qualification with ICSA or as a Chartered Governance professional.
