We are looking for a corporate solicitor from NQ to around 4 years' PQE to join this Top 100 firm, in their top tier corporate team. Working on a range of corporate work for an enviable client base, the successful corporate solicitor will be joining a leading firm.

The corporate solicitor will be managing a caseload and assisting the wider corporate team on joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate re-organisations and partnership agreements for regional, national and international clients.

You must be able to show that you have atleast a seat within a corporate team or previous paralegal experience. If you have more experience, please still get in touch! You will be ambitious and excited to develop your career within corporate law.
