Corporate Associate, London

Our client is a top, leading international law firm based in central London, known for its large-scale corporate transactions, as well as, dispute resolution, finance and funds work, the firm has a superb reputation and a wide network of global clients. The corporate team is now looking for an experienced corporate associate to join its established practice, covering big ticket transactions.

The corporate team is at the top of its game, advising both public and private corporations, investment banks, large financial institutions and international bodies. The work will include providing advice on predominantly complex M&A transactions and corporate finance spread across a multi-jurisdictional and interdisciplinary team.

Applications are invited from outstanding candidates who have at least 3 years PQE, having trained and qualified with another City or international law firm, and have first-class academics.
